Fresh lasagne sheets layered with grilled eggplant, pumpkin, homemade napolli sauce and cheese. Topped with creamy bechamel.
Heat & Eat
Can be cooked straight from frozen or defrosted overnight in fridge for best results.
1. Remove cover.
2. Cover tray with foil.
3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes to firm up before serving.
