Slow roasted for 7 hours in our combi ovens until soft and tender. Topped with rich gravy. (Gluten free - without gravy)
Heat & Eat
Can be cooked straight from frozen or defrosted overnight in fridge for best results.
1. Remove cover.
2. Cover tray with foil.
3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
